SIKKIM STATE PRESTIGIOUS AWARD TO TAMANG'S

Two of the young inspiring Tamang's conferred with State Civilian Award "Sikkim Sewa Samman" in the field of Research & Entrepreneurship in the State Day celebration at Chintan Bhawan from the hand of His Excellency Governor of Sikkim Balmiki Prasad Singh. Sikkim Sewa Samman carries Rs 1 lakh cash, medallion, citation letter and a shawl.

Yougan Tamang of Jorethang, South Sikkim had mostly researched on CHANGES IN RELIGION & ITS IMPACT ON HEALTH OF TAMANGS OF SIKKIM ,INDIA and invited to present his paper at Manchester, United Kingdom this August 2013 and Sushil Tamang in the field of Entrepreneurship . He is the owner of Cherry Village Resort, Darap , West Sikkim.
